Are the Californian fires arson?
I remember visiting a friend’s house in Pacific Palisades back in 2015 when I was visiting L.A. and it was such a lovely peaceful. spot so I am utterly horrified at the wildfires now causing chaos in that part of south California. Some of the video footage coming from this area is quite shocking. My question is - are these fires just the inevitable consequence of the disastrous policies of Californian Governor Gavin Newscum OR are they “climate change” activism?

The devastation is beyond words, people have lost everything including their lives.
President Elect Donald Trump was warning something like this could happen back in October 2024 when he went on with Joe Rogan…
In essence, as Trump observes, the Californian Governor prioritised a species of fish called “Smelt” over human and so diverted vast amounts of fresh clean water from the north of the State into the Pacific! This is why there is such little available fresh water in the southern part of California.
Further, the Forest Management practises in California are truly abysmal - a direct consequence of the eco-mania that befuddles the Left. I am sure that President Trump is on the money in what he say but there may be a third factor.
Arson.
It is clear that the US will LEAVE the Paris Climate Accord later this month when the Trump era fully dawns and so is it possible that some eco-fanatics would pull a stunt like this to ensure the media is ablaze (pardon the pun) with hysteria about CLIMATE CHANGE as the cause of all of this devastation? That would make it more difficult for the US to pull out, in media terms anyway. What do you think? We have plenty of evidence that some activist arsons have been proven in European wildfires and I have a feeling that this could be the case in California too.
The Environmentalist movement despises humanity and sees us as a problem. Sitting these fires and then sitting back and watching the Media whine about the deadly consequences of Climate Change is a tactic I would not put beyond them. Indeed the media seems curiously disinterested in the actual specific causes of these fires. There may be a good reason why this does not attract forensic investigation!
There's a whole mix of stuff going on. The fire department aren't attending at times. Tens of thousands of dollars of equipment gets shipped recently to Ukraine. The Water gets diverted into the Pacific for protection of a fish. Fish are more important than human beings now it seems. The fires running rampant creates a state of emergency, unlocking FEMA funding. The deliberate non management of the brush, probably so the money can be siphoned to greedy pockets, keeps the whole cycle going round.
And it's just another stick in the spoke if the smooth transition of power to the Trump administration.

It's not like there isn't plenty of ice melt water flowing from Canada. It's just that it's allowed to go unused for fires.
Yes. The California fires are arson. As well they are related to decaying and neglected infrastructure. Whats happened and is happening there is extreme and criminal. In western Canada our fires are arson. And this cause is proven. On video in Kelowna British Columbia. In Alberta entire towns have been burnt to the ground in the Alberta oil patch and in our federal resort park of Jasper.
