Is Home Schooling for the axe?

It seems to me entirely understandable that at least some parents may wish to home school their children in order to protect them from the tender mercies of the Woke State. This seems particularly evident in parts of the USA but the UK education system is proving to be just as dangerous to the mental well being and healthy development of children as they are groomed into thinking that boys can become girls and vice versa and that being trans is cool etc. Which makes this story all the more predictable.

A register to identify children who are not in school in England will be part of a bill introduced to Parliament on Tuesday. The Department for Education says knowledge of where children are will enable councils to ensure a high-quality education is being provided and deliver the necessary support. Education Secretary Bridget Phillipson said it would be a "seminal moment for child protection".

You see where this is leading, don’t you? The State wants to ensure that ALL children are in the State system and that it has comprehensive details on all of them. The pretence is always the same “protecting our children” but what if some parents feel that the greater danger lies within the State Education system? Are they to be denied the chance to take their children out of the system? Labour is proving to be a technocratic menace with lashings of ideological zealotry. These can be reduced down to one simple message - the State owns you!

Get them when they are young is essential to the control freaks in Labour. They want to get control of our kids from as early as possible. They promise free meals for the children and will happily usurp this key parenting role. Any parent should have the right to step outside the State system and educate their own children but it looks to me that Labour feels otherwise. It will use cases such as Sara Sharif to advocate for its own policies. In no regards should be trust the motivations of Phillipson and her ilk.
