I use two browsers simultaneously: Firefox for all my usual stuff including editing substack articles.
But YouTube runs very badly on Firefox so I use AVG Secure Browser for that.
I switched off my VPN.
As I am logged in to my substack on Firefox I can read all your articles. No problem.
Then look at your archive using the AVG browser, which is not logged in to substack. And there are a number of Age Restricted gaps.

The implication of my experiment above is that ultimately nobody can create or operate a substack without age verification.
Additionall, VPNs would have to be banned for use in the UK. Not sure if that is even technically feasible.
