Peppa Pig pushing Pride
It might surprise you to know that I am a bit of an expert on Peppa Pig and her adventures! The reason is I have four grandchildren under the age of 5 and they are all big fans of Peppa! Hardly a day goes by when they are here that I am forced to watch Peppa! Peppa Pig is an incredibly successful brand franchise.
Now it is designed as a preschool series, with its core audience in the 2–5 age bracket.
Broadcasters, child‑media guides and licensing material all treat it as content for early‑years children who are just starting nursery or reception. Some marketing stretches the range to roughly 1–7, but most educational and publishing partners pitch Peppa around 3–5, aligning with early readers and typical preschool development. The “average” Peppa viewer is best thought of as a 3–4‑year‑old preschool.
All of this makes the above social media post celebrating Pride Month so utterly inappropriate!
Pride Month is aimed at adults as it is be definition sexual. Regardless of what one thinks of Pride from an adult point of view, it can have no place in a children’s cartoon show. In fact, it is gross!
I did a little digging to get behind the Peppa Pig franchise. It is ultimately owned the huge Hasbro company. I wondered where Hasbro stand on Pride. Hasbro’s own Pride communications say the company “stands in solidarity with the LGBTQIA+ community” and explicitly frames this as support and allyship for employees, partners and fans.
Each June it runs Pride campaigns, internal events and appears at Pride parades, and sells Pride‑branded merch with a portion of proceeds donated to LGBTQ+ charities. Its PRIDE employee resource group is highlighted as a “visible safe space” for LGBTQ+ staff and allies.
These are the invisible strands of LGBT activism that ultimately descent into something so innocent as Peppa Pig. Parents need to be super vigilant to ensure the innocence of their kids is not corrupted by familiar TV cartoon brands like this.

How long before we see Peppa mincing about in hot pants? I find this grossly offensive and it should be kept well away from our innocent children and grandchildren. It’s adults stuff and I don’t have any problem with people being who they need to be. However, The Pride movement has I’m afraid been hijacked by complete perverts. I’m staggered that parents take their kids to watch the parades. There are often people there performing sex acts on each other in a public space all in the name of diversity. It’s truly disgusting behaviour that appears to be sponsored by all the usual virtue signalling dickheads including all public sector bodies.
Its totaly disgusting that there peddling such things to young children
