Lots of talk about whether the Chinese app TikTok should be banned but perhaps there is another on-line site which needs a very careful look and that is OnlyFans. Let’s start by understanding exactly what Only Fans (OF) really is!

OnlyFans is an internet content subscription service that is based in London, founded in 2016 by British entrepreneur Tim Stokely. It primarily serves as a platform where content creators can monetise their work by offering exclusive content to subscribers for a fee. While it is most known for hosting adult content, particularly from sex workers, it also allows for a variety of content types from different creators including fitness experts, musicians, and artists.

So at its core it is digital prostitution. And thus wildly popular in our godless society.

Some argue that OnlyFans empowers individuals, particularly women, by giving them control over their content, image, and earnings. Creators can set their own boundaries, choose what content they produce, and directly benefit from their work without intermediaries like pimps or exploitative producers. This perspective sees OnlyFans as a form of sex work that can be conducted safely and independently, thereby providing financial independence

However, that is to ignore some more fundamental realities.
