We all know the savage history.
On 29 July 2024, a mass stabbing targeting children occurred at a dance studio in Southport, Merseyside, United Kingdom. Three children were killed, and ten others – eight of whom were children – were injured. Axel Rudakubana was arrested at the scene and has been charged with three counts of murder, ten counts of attempted murder, and possession of a bladed article.
As we know, there was nationwide unrest in the immediate aftermath of these horrible murders and then a fierce response by the new Labour Government that put people behind bars for posting memes and expressing their rage at this horror.
Now, their alleged killer, Axel Rudakabana was initially described as “a Cardiff man” before we got the greater truth - that he was a second generation Rwandan. His parents “arrived” in the UK during the 1990’s - the time when a genocide was happening in Rwanda. We know nothing about how they got here, what grounds were put forward for them staying here, what they did in Rwanda at that time etc? All cloaked in silence. We know that their son, Axel, was born in the UK in 2006. Merseyside Police insisted that the attack was NOT terrorist-related. It was also stated he was not Muslim and more than likely from a “Christian” background.
Initially, it was forbidden to even mention the alleged suspects name on social media but reporting restrictions were lifted on 1 August by Liverpool Crown Court, citing concerns over the lack of confirmed identity fuelling misinformation. The recorder overturning the restrictions stated that continuing to prevent reporting of Rudakubana's name risked more unrest when he turned 18 on 7 August and his identity would have become publicly available. His second court appearance was set for 25 October 2024 at Liverpool Crown Court where a plea hearing and trial preparation was to take place. Rudakubana was remanded in custody and has a provisional trial date of 20 January 2025.
20th January just happens to be the Inauguration of President Donald Trump and all the world’s media will be focused on that momentous day, not a Liverpool Crown Court. Isn’t that so convenient?
It seems to me that we are being played over the alleged Rudakubana killings. What do you think about this curious date for the case to come to Court?
I don’t believe in coincidences anymore!
