A condition is not what they are talking about. The cdc define measles as a viral disease. The German high court found the paper underlying the entire field of virology did not prove the existence of measles virus. With no evidence of a measles virus there is no evidence of a viral disease called measles or specific antibodies or a vaccine.

The graphs are misleading since the criteria used for a case definition were changed. There is no data using the old definition. Maybe in the UK but not in the US data which is now crafted to give the appearance of transmission among the 'unvaccinated' and originating from a foreign source.:
