Third World Politics on British streets

Last night saw violent rioting take place on the streets of a suburb of Leeds called Harehills. Regardless of the specific ethnic mix of the rioters, (Muslim/Romanians) this should NOT be happening on British streets and yet it is. At two points, the Police retreated from the scene such was the ferocity of what was happening. An electric bus was torched, a police car destroyed and naturally there was recreational looting. We are two weeks into a Labour Government and we see the breakdown of the rule of law in such an egregious manner,
