Tommy Robinson to be FREED!

Tommy Robinson will be released from prison imminently.

Let’s be clear - Tommy Robinson should never have been sent to prison in the first place.

His “contempt” of Court came down to him showing a documentary that the Court said he must not show. There were other ways to punish him for this and an 18 month custodial sentence was unduly punitive and as far as I can see, that was the point of.

Tommy is due to be released within the next week, following a reduction of his 18-month sentence for contempt of court by four months at the High Court. The sentence was reduced after Robinson applied to purge his contempt, demonstrating a "commitment" to comply with the injunction he had breached. The original sentence included a 14-month punitive element and a four-month coercive element, which was removable if he adhered to the court order.He was previously expected to be released on July 26, 2025, but this ruling moves his release date forward.

I am so pleased for Tommy, his family and his many supporters. I have found him from my personal interactions to an honest patriotic man, impulsive at times, but acting with sincere motives. The day he leaves that prison will be a good day.
