UK sliding back into the EU!

Ever since taking office, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer has made a so-called “reset” of UK-EU relations the cornerstone of his foreign policy, raising alarm amongst those who fear a gradual erosion of Britain’s hard-won sovereignty.

Reports suggest the UK is on track to secure a major deal with the EU next month with a pivotal EU-UK summit in London on May 19 set to finalise key agreements. For those of us who championed Brexit, this trajectory feels like a complete betrayal—a quiet surrender to Brussels under the guise of “cooperation” The Labour Government is made up of MPs who are overwhelmingly pro-EU Remainers - so this is not really a surprise!
