UK turns to China....

There was little doubt in my mind that the UK Government would genuflect and grant China the massive Embassy space they want in the very heart of London. It is now confirmed that UK has now granted approval for China’s new “mega” embassy at the former Royal Mint Court site in London. Planning permission to build a large new embassy complex near the Tower of London on the former Royal Mint Court site has been passed. This will create what is expected to be China’s largest embassy in Europe, consolidating several existing Chinese diplomatic buildings in London into one site.
