Why I am not into Cults!

At heart, I am a Marxist.

A Groucho Marxist that is to say - as I really don’t want to be in any club that would have me! The reason for this is that once you are IN the club, any club, then you have to conform to the rules of that club. Just like a cult. Now, as a free minded person, I reserve the fundamental right to praise where it is due and to criticise where it is deserved. I refuse to have my parameters set by anyone else, but God. I took quite a bit of flak on X yesterday because I had the temerity to call out Nigel Farage over his plainly cowardly distancing from Elon Musk’s endorsement of Tommy Robinson. I was even called “an idiot” from a senior Farage adviser. I’ll get back to that shortly but first, let’s talk about Boris Johnson and lessons all should have learned from him and the “Boris” cult.
