Why you can't tax your way into growth!

This coming week will usher in the first Labour budget since 2010. Chancellor Rachel Reeves, who worked as a junior data analyst in the Bank of England, will oversee massive tax rises and we will be told this is to counter 14 years of Conservative neglect in our public services and to GROW our economy! Now it is often remarked that IF socialists understood economics that they wouldn’t be socialists and this is proven in some of the tortuous arguments being pushed by Reeves and her apologists. Let’s expose just two of the nonsenses that are being pushed by Labour and its cheerleaders.
