Great article 👏 I was a fitness instructor in my late 20s, and I can tell you, most people especially women, are lazy. If they could take a pill to make you slim and fit, they would. Taking responsibility for your health takes work, time and effort. This is lifelong. Most folk are reluctant to accept that.

A friend applied for a job on Stena and is seriously strong swimmer. She missed out on the job due to a high BMI
