Princess Catherine - never returning?

This article from a “source” close to the Royal household claims that Princess Catherine may not want to come back to the Royal front line so we not see her in the ways we did before. This article also talks about the fact that she is using this time away from the media to “reconnect” to Prince William. This suggests that they have been disconnected - which is also at variance to the public narrative.
Then we have another few examples of the smoke and mirrors from the Prince
So she is “getting better” but can’t be seen by the public?
Sooner or later, we will get to discover what is going on and I fear it will not augur well for the Princess.
There's clearly an embargo,or D notice or whatever it's called, on the press reporting, or trying to get photos. Someone on Twatter has said that William using the past tense when he says "she'd have loved to be here' (at the D day) is as if she's gone. I don't think we can infer anything from that.
Something's not right, that's for sure.
She’s probably had enough of the clown show that is Westminster, I know I have - whatever the reason, I wish her well, she’s a great Lady
