As a child, I remember the rhythm of life changed on Sundays. The heartbeat of our family slowed, and we caught our breath. Now, every day beats at the same fast, furious pace with stress and anxiety, a diagnosis for all ills. Maybe a day a week with a beat change would be a breath of fresh air for us all.

When I was a kid (1970s) it used to be a big family day, revolving around a huge Sunday lunch.

Then we were allowed out to play if we ate all our dinner and behaved!!

It feels like that was a different world to the one of today!
