I am sure you will by now have heard the news that Peter Lynch, a 61 year old grandfather imprisoned in the aftermath of the August Protests has taken his own life in prison at the weekend.
It’s MY view that Peter was a political prisoner of the Starmer regime. Let’s quickly review the facts of the case.
Peter Lynch was jailed for violent disorder during the protests/riots that followed the Southport child murders. At his sentencing hearing, Judge Jeremy Richardson KC called Lynch a "full participant". "You were unquestionably endeavouring to rev up the situation the best you could", he said. At the protest/riot, Lynch held a placard which called police officers, MPs, and the media "corrupt". He was also heard shouting at officers: "You are protecting people who are killing our kids and raping them"
Lynch was in attendance of a protest outside a hotel in Rotherham which housed so called "asylum seekers". The protest turned into a riot where some attendees set fire to the hotel. 64 police officers were injured as well as 4 dogs and a horse. But Lynch did not participate in any physical violence, as confirmed by Judge Richardson himself at the sentencing hearing. There is also no reference to him explicitly encouraging violence.
Yet Judge Richardson gave him a whopping 2 years and 8 months jail sentence. The sentencing council guidelines, which set out terms relative to the severity of the offence, suggests that the maximum sentence Lynch should have received is 2 years. This was clearly the Courts making an example of a man who had NOT participated in any physical violence or even called for it. This was a political sentence. And now he is dead.
Sky News has indirectly suggested that Muslim gangs in the prison where Mr Lynch was placed may have partly led to his suicide. As we know, there is a REAL problem in our prisons with these gangs although yet again the cowardly establishment keeps quiet about this.
I thought I would finish by letting you hear directly from Peter Lynch.
This was an innocent man whose crime was to say that which many millions believe and has ended up losing his life for it. I am disgusted by this Starmer regime.
Please share this article and let’s get Peter’s voice to as many people as possible.
Thank you.
Dear David
I am very sorry to hear of Peter Lynch's death in custody.
I have not seen or heard anything that suggests that he did anything wrong.
His apparently unlawful incarceration, came at a time, when the Starmer regime was releasing actual convicted criminals early.
Peter Lynch's blood, therefore, would appear to be on the hands of the Starmer regime.
So corrupt are all UK institutions, doctors and coroners included, that we can have no confidence whatsoever in the finding of the inquiry into his death in custody.
Which will, doubtless, exonerate the authorities.
We can have no more confidence, in a finding regarding this innocent man's death in English custody, than we would, concerning a Russian's death, in the Lubyanka KGB Prison, in Moscow.
Julian Assange was held unlawfully, for 5 years in English custody.
His ghastly appearance, upon his release, when compared to his earlier pictures, full of youth and healthy vigour, make it clear, that the conditions he was subjected to in English custody, were nothing short of torture.
Our Overlords are not worthy of the name English.
They are not English.
They are not British.
They are the equivalent of an Army of Occupation, who can be counted on, to show increasing willingness, to use all the gruesome tools at their disposal, in terms of the police, the military, and the secret police, to secure their grip on power.
All Englishmen must vote for the same political party, if we are to have any hope of surviving this dark, despotic time in our island's history.
It is Labour, and the conserfatifs, who have brought us here.
We cannot afford to be divided at this time.
God Bless
Murdered by Starmer's government, to whose tune the judiciary dances to.
