There are Jewish religious courts in the US in areas with large Jewish communities. These courts deal only with religious issues, such as divorces, marriages etc. Not with theft, violence, murder etc.
It's been going on for decades along with polygamy, under-age marriage, FGM etc.. while the authorities turn a blind eye for fear of being accused of racism, they're a law unto themselves with no intention to integrate but to dominate, 20 more years of this and we will be an Islamic state.

Don’t know about Great Britain but in Canada, Roman Catholics, Orthodox Jews and other religious communities have courts and tribunals to help and advise members according to their beliefs. These decisions cannot be legally enforced, but are meant to provide guidance and advice.
OK, should we also ban courts set up by the Catholic Church, Chasidic Jews, Evangelical Christians and other religious communities to advise their members. Like I said Sharia courts don’t reflect an attempt to impose Islamic law on the rest of society, but like these other courts are set up to give guidance and advice to members of their community and are not a threat to the larger society.

I am in favor of some form of Shariah law, but not in England. I don't know why you even let all those Muslims in (well, the Jews and Boomer Tories did).
