Noooo, you're wrong about the Teach In song - it's my favourite Eurovision winner ever - particularly the terrible rhyme, 'big hit' pronounced 'biggit' to clumsily rhyme with preceding line 😂 Classic Eurovision - catchy tune with cheesy lyrics 👏🏻
Seeing all of the Youtube comments from people praising the song and video is sad and disturbing. Accepting the blatant satanic & pagan symbolism as just "artistic expression" I suppose instead of seeing it for what it is.
I’m obviously older than you. I remember Cliff Richard with Congratulations which came second and Lulu with joint winner Boom Bang a Bang and Sandie Shaw who won with Puppet on a String. I think my favourite winner was Ireland’s Johnny Logan with What’s another year? I don’t remember recent entries. My age.
Well, I won't be watching. I only watched the other year because the great Australian Progressive Metal band Voyager were performing, which did surprise me.

Haha! It shows we can all like different things and I get that silly rhyme - which is impressive and horrific in equal measure!!

Agreed!

Those were good songs, Jane. I think my focus on Abba was driven by Agnetha! 😎
I totally get that!
