I agree David, it’s open time for terrorists and those that are here have shown themselves to be destructive in their peaceful protests. It’s a massive no to me and for further more in our classrooms these children of Palestinian origin will have zero regard for our little girls in that they will consider them as underlings. NO, No, No

I have a bit of skin in the game on the Ukraine scheme. The scheme was a complete shambles and fully taken advantage of. The person who constructed the scheme in the U.K. (In the Lords) did so in good faith and was proud to be asked to do it. His wife is an ex MP, and they were sold the Ukraine situation in the same way everyone else was. The people fleeing Mariupol were mostly military personal or family of. I sponsored someone (a relative of someone I knew) and ended up throwing her out just as she was going back to Ukraine at Christmas for a holiday, 7 months after arriving. The bulk of people who came here were not from war areas. They rented their homes out and came here to take advantage of the scheme. No one at the group meetings I took her to, to meet other Ukrainians locally, had any contact with the military action. The stories the council told me when they came into my home to do a welfare check were very revealing. Many Ukrainians were abandoning their sponsors without telling them, and claiming they’d been evicted, in an attempt to get permanent housing from the council. This was a grift from top to bottom. To boot, the girl who stayed in my home was a staunch nationalist supporter of the Azov Battalion, and was an angry spiteful piece of work. I now see Ukrainian families living in a high end new development within 500 yards of my home. These were for sale. Has the council bought them? I’m curious. Although I’m also sure people are suffering in Gaza, our state’s track record with ‘humanitarian projects’ leaves a lot to be desired.

Although I despise him, I want Starmer to stay in place. I dread to think what would happen if Angela Rayner takes charge. She will let them in.
