Im going with 3 theories.
The first one is she has cancer and will appear next year cured thanks to Modernas mRNA cancer injection or similar from Pfizer etc
The second one, shes dead and the palace have no idea how to get out of the current situation.
The third, she genuinely has cancer that has affected her appearance, and doesnt want the public to see her in her current condition.
